About Sedilko IT

I'm Jeff Sedilko, and I'm based right here in Port Clinton. My journey into IT started early—I was building, fixing, and dabbling with computers long before I even entered high school.

Later, I spent years working for two local Internet Service Providers (ISPs). That hands-on career took me from answering helpdesk calls and troubleshooting configurations, to working as a Field Technician, and ultimately doing physical outside plant construction—climbing poles, running lines, and managing local fiber/copper loops.

I started Sedilko IT Services because local businesses deserve a reliable partner who understands the entire network pipeline—from the physical lines coming down the street, straight to the hardware on your desk. When you work with me, there's no middleman or call centers. You work directly with the guy who does the job right the first time.
